Refund and Transfer Policy

1. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, except as outlined in the illness exception below.
2. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To do so:
The ticket transfer must be completed at least 24 hours before the event.
Please notify us of the transfer by emailing [email protected] with the name and contact details of the new attendee (please note if they have dietary requirements we may not be able to cater to these at this late stage).
3. Illness Exception
If you are unable to attend the event due to illness, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future event, provided the following conditions are met:
You must notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the event.
A valid medical certificate or doctor’s note must be provided as evidence of illness.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund of 50% of the ticket price, or a credit of the full ticket value towards a future event organised by us.
4. Other Considerations
We reserve the right to review and make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances not covered in this policy.
